Explain the commission split between the Admin service Provider & the Handyman

The Admin transfers this $20 to the Provider's bank account, leaving $80. Subsequently, the Provider pays $10 to the Handyman from their $20 commission. In this way, the Provider uses their portion of the commission to compensate the Handyman.
